Row 2: dc across until you are at the last 2stitch make 2dc in each of the last 2 stitch, ch 2, turn.
Row 3: dc across until you are at the last 2stitch make 2dc in each of the last 2 stitch, ch 2, turn.
Row4. make ruffle base for fancy lace stitch 3dc in next st , 1dc in the next st repeat this to until the end of the row. ch3 and trun
Row 5: skip the first stitch and make 2dc,ch2,2dc all in the same of the next stitch , then
- skip 3 and make 2dc, ch2,2dc all in next stitch repeat to * across until end of the row, then you will have 2 stitch left sk1 and make 1dc in last stitch. ch3 and turn.
Row6. now you will make 2dc,ch2,2dc in the chain space of the previous row repeat to across until end of the row. at the end make 1dc in ch3 space of the previous row. ch3 and turn.
Repeat row 6 until you get around 12 inches long.
On the last row of the cape. After you got your desired lenght of the cape then we will crochet the edging on the last row by make 1dc in each stitch and 2dc on chain 2 space.
Now it time to ad the tie and pom pom to the cape.
